Nat'l Black Elected Officals in Hartford, Nat'l Speakers on Hand

Hartford, CT - The national convention of Elected officials were in Hartford for their annual national convention. Program is ( who has Donna Brazile, nal't speaker and reporter, as guest keynote ), provided events for the young and elder. Event is a big boost for Hartford. Mayor Eddie Perez and council woman Rjo Winch who ( Winch ) is on the national broad, welcomes group and said, "looks forward to a very uplifting weekend."
