Ferry crashes into Staten Island terminal

NY- Staten Island - CNN/Inqnews Staff Report - [Updated 10:03 a.m.-5/8/10] Approx. 9:30 AM today. A ferryboat crashed into the Staten Island Ferry terminal Saturday morning, the New York Police Department said. Some minor injuries have been reported, the New York Fire Department told CNN. Emergency crews were on the scene. The fire department said no major injuries have been reported and the cause of the crash was under investigation. There were about 250 people on the ferry at the time. Mayor Bloomberg reports crew are working to treat all victims, adults and kids.
