SUBCONTRACTOR PRE‐QUALIFICATION NOTICE
Shawmut Design and Construction is accepting prequalification packages for subcontractors for the University of Connecticut Avery Point Student Center project in Groton, CT (project #901278) for the following trade packages:
Final cleaning; finish carpentry; spray insulation; waterproofing, doors, frames and hardware (supply); storefront, glass & glazing, aluminum windows; epoxy flooring; painting; Division 10 specialties (supply); sliding partitions; window treatments; signage; auditorium seating; handicap lift; HVAC; electrical.
Completed packages will be accepted until 2:00pm on 2/24/2012. Packages submitted after this date and time will be returned unopened. Packages can be obtained through Shawmut Design and Construction in person at 116 Washington Avenue, North Haven, CT or via the ftp site using the following instructions:
